An Italian restaurant with a cozy interior and affordable lunch prices. Located on the top floor of the shopping center Galleria Riga. Suitable for a working with laptop place, and for an inexpensive lunch. In summer, there is a terrace with a breathtaking view of the city center.

4. Let Enzo OUT

They call themselves the first pasticceria in Latvia and are proud of the freshly made pasta. Let Enzo Out was opened in a pandemic and began to focus on delivery. Therefore, all dishes are served here in boxes. The prices are one of the lowest in Riga – Pasta with tomatoes – 4.5 euros.
