Horseback riding is a fairly popular activity in Latvia. There are over 130 stables in the country. I have compiled a list of the 5 most popular destinations for horseback riding, photo shoots, horse riding lessons and events.

1. Zirgzandales
It offers horseback riding for beginners and experienced riders, horse riding lessons and bathing with horses. Here you can also order a photo session and hold an event. The stable interiors and surroundings are very nice.

2. Klajumi
The equestrian yard offers horseback riding in groups (€ 20 per person per hour) and individual (€ 35), riding lessons, sledding in summer and sleigh rides in winter (€ 20), horseback riding and sleigh rides on beautiful routes with a picnic (from 20 euros) and 2-7 day hikes on horseback (from 125 euros).
There are also guided tours of the farm (€ 30) and ordering a luxury team for your celebration.

3. Darzini
This is a small farm with a petting zoo. They offer horse riding and horseback riding, horse riding training (30 euros / hour). It is also possible to order a pony and a horse for your event (from 250 euros).

4. Agates
They offer horseback riding (20 euros / hour), romantic walks for two (60 euros), horse bathing (30 euros / hour), riding for children (10 euros / 30 min), horseback riding, corporate and family lessons. It is also offered to rent horses for weddings and other events, photo sessions (25 euros / hour), organizing a bachelor party or hen party with photo sessions and riding (from 50 euros)

5. Adventure Ride
The company specializes in organizing horse riding trips for one few days. The routes for such hikes are impressive. You will have to wade rivers and jump through the woods. They also teach horse riding and offer hiking and other trips.
